How does payment work ? Our website can not accept online payments at this time, so when you place your order you will be sent an invoice immediately after your order has been placed. You will also receive a second email with our banking details. Please note we do not start working on any orders until full payment has been received. If orders are not paid within 48 hours of the order being place your order is cancelled.

How will I receive my order ? Orders can be sent via SA postal service or courier. I take the utmost care in packaging each item. Clients are supplied with tracking numbers. Once an order leaves my care it is the responsibility of the client to track their parcels. Once a parcel leaves my care I am no longer responsible for it. Please Note: All orders are dispatched once a week on a Monday.

Can I only order what I see on this site? No, you are more than welcome to contact me with a personalised request.
How do I contact you with a question? You are more than welcome to send me an email via the contact page. Please note that I will try to respond to all emails within 48 hours. I unfortunately do not check emails over weekends and public holidays. Please Note: I do not accept whatsapp messages at all.
I do have strict business hours and any phone calls need to be within them.
Mon - Thursday 9:00 till 13:00 and Friday 9:00 till 13:00. Weekend and Public Holidays - Closed.
Can I sell items I've ordered from you? I gladly accept orders for resale, I do however ask that you do not use my pictures for your own advertising. Please contact me regarding wholesale prices and quantities.
What happens if I am not happy with my order ? Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds. If the error was on my side, I will gladly replace the item at no cost. If however you supplied me with wrong details ( Names, date, venue, etc) you will unfortunately be held accountable.

Do you have a retail store I can come to? Unfortunately I do not have a retail store. You can however view my products on my website as well as Facebook page. I will be exhibiting at a variety of Craft Markets during the year.

Turn Around Time? Currently our turn around time is 14 days from full payment reflecting in our bank account to packing.
